Concerning an upgrade on your status to Gold, try emailing Elisha all your details including your username on elisha.goodman21@gmail.com cc elisha.goodman21@gmail.com  i did that and gotten a response within 24 hrs. The subject Line should say "MY USERNAME". Hope you come right sir!
